Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

1. REQUIRED! Please email customerservice@yo-yoshop.com to request a refund/exchange and we will assign an RMA# for your return.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return and the original receipt/order email.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong item by mistake you can exchange it within 14 days of the original purchase date. Item must be brand new/unused/undamaged in original packaging.
